Lisa Yoder has been an integral part of the Candy Swick & Company team since June 2000. She is highly regarded for her precision, organizational skills, and reliability, excelling in her various office roles. Her expertise lies in coordinating both the listing and marketing processes, paying close attention to detail and collaborating with clients to develop design concepts that enhance a property’s marketability across print, digital, and internet media platforms. Lisa is actively involved in reviewing and analyzing local market activity and plays a key role in CSC statistical tracking and internal data entry. In her free time, she is dedicated to supporting local animal rescue efforts, volunteering for shelters and advocating for spay/neuter campaigns and stricter laws against animal abuse. Alongside caring for her husband and canine family members, she also tends to her horses and participates in barrel racing events. Lisa’s impressive achievements include being a 2003 SBRA finalist, achieving multiple top 5 finishes in NBHA Divisional events, winning the 2012 NBHA District Division Champion title, being recognized as a 2013 IBRA Top Dog, securing the 2016 & 2025 NBHA State Champion titles, and being a multi-year qualifier and finalist in the NBHA World Show. Lisa is truly an invaluable asset to our team.
