Originally from Venezuela, Tania brings diversity to our team with her fluency in Spanish and her university course and graduate studies in the field of systems. In the early 1990’s she and her family moved to the United States and have called Florida their home for many years. She is Candy Swick & Company’s first-time, home buyer specialist and believes whole-heartedly in personal client focus. Her tenacious follow up continues to successfully close a myriad of challenging contracts and ensures her clients receive the best service possible. In her free time, she is an avid volunteer in our community.
Mike Swick

Born & raised in the Sarasota, FL area, early on, Mike applied a drive and dedication to everything he does. He was a National Distance Swimmer with the YMCA Sharks and currently participates in the Masters Swim Program. Instilled with moral values and a deep compassion for others, he has also been a youth counselor and a life guard for both the YMCA and his local church. A graduate of Florida State University, he holds a double major in Real Estate and Business Marketing.
Closing nearly a million dollars in sales volume during the first few months that Mike joined the team full time, he has clearly proven his determination to succeed and his ability to assist Buyers in fulfilling their real estate needs.

Prior to becoming a Florida resident, Sandra sold real estate in New York for more than 11 years as an associate broker. She continues to be highly skilled in understanding the needs and the thought processes of her clients. Sandra graduated from Louisiana State University A & M College cum laude, PHI KAPPA PHI Honor Society with a Master of Arts degree in Musicology. She received her Bach of Music in Applied Voice from Drake University and is a member of Sigma Alpha Iota Professional Fraternity. Her knowledge of music, art, and culture makes her extremely suitable to working with the art-loving clientele in a cultural city such as Sarasota. She is also an e-PRO certified agent and is FBI and background checked to serve her numerous veteran and military clients. Sandra has extensive experience working with all types of clients: investors, 1st time home buyers, seniors, relocation, owner occupants, apartment complexes, veterans, military professionals, waterfront properties, and leisure-vacation homes. She is licensed both in Florida and in New York State.
Cristina Byman

Cristina Byman was born and raised in Boca Raton, FL. She attended Florida State University and graduated with a Sport Management degree and a Communications Minor. She worked with FSU Athletics, USA Triathlon, and Northwestern Mutual before relocating to Sarasota due to a family job relocation. She brings her diverse background and experience to this new career with great passion. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and training for upcoming triathlons and running events.
Cathy Straka
Closing Supervisor
Cathy takes over once the contract is finalized. She’s a licensed paralegal and Realtor, managing all of the details, including negotiations of repair requests & verifies that repairs have been made accordingly prior to closing. She thoroughly evaluates contracts and loan status checks, as well as arranges closing activities and establishes closing dates and times.

Marketing & Listing Director
Lisa’s expertise lies in concept design and coordination of all marketing materials. She continuously reviews and analyzes market activity in order to implement and maintain Internet marketing strategies and direct mail programs. She is an asset to our listing process. She is also heavily involved with CSC statistical tracking & input for internal record keeping.
Matthew Charland
Administrative Coordinator
Matthew is our office point person. He skillfully coordinates the administrative requests of our entire team. He primarily works directly with Candy to fulfill her executive requirements. All the while balancing and maintaining organization as he synchronizes all of our other team members and their schedules to accomplish the many day to day responsibilities for our Buyers and Sellers alike.
Barry W. Zhang
Marketing Associate
Barry works closely with our Marketing Director to accentuate a home’s most flattering features. His responsibilities include the initial on-site listing set up as well as the photography used in all of the corresponding advertisements.
